what's your teacher set up a meeting for your class you will get an email from your teacher a link to the meeting you can go straight from this email if you'd like and join the meeting from there another option is if you have a couple different classes meeting and you don't want to have to keep track of these emails if you can do all of them on Google Calendar either by clicking this link or going up here and to your wife and there's a calendar icon that you can also click on to see your whole calendar view and it has all of your classes that your teachers would like to meet with you on right there you can click on a class and it also has a link right there that you can just click on to join a meeting can I join that quite yet so I want to show you one more thing the easiest way to do it is through your WebEx browser once you get signed into WebEx which hopefully you all have done and your on your homepage there's a list of upcoming meetings below what you can do is you can click on your meeting and then click join meeting and this one we are actually going to follow through and click join whenever you have to click open Cisco WebEx whenever Apex students are joining a WebEx meeting we are going to ask that you mute yourself before joining the meeting will talk in a little bit about good ways to have things behind you to make sure that things are not distracting but please make sure you click mute and then go ahead and join the meeting this is what it will look like when you're setting up your meeting and we're going to meet with Mrs narayanswamy and then you are set up to go with
