Check Your Library Account

What items do I have currently checked-out? When are they due? Can I renew my books?
Log in to our library database to see your current items and due dates. Families who are re-enrolled for the following school year at APEX are able to RENEW borrowed materials to keep through the summer!
 
Follow the steps below to log in to your library account on the APEX library database: 
  1.   Go to our library database, Alexandria, at https://apex.goalexandria.com/

  2.   Click LOG IN in the top right corner.       Log IN

  3.  Each student’s USERNAME is their school ID number. (You can find this number in Infinite Campus and make a note of it for next time.) All PASSWORDS have been set to Apex1234 to start. (You may reset this password anytime.)

  4.  After logging in, click on the green circle that says STATUS to see a list of the items currently checked out and all current due dates.        Status

  5.  If you need to RENEW books to keep over the summer, click the circular arrow next to each item. You will see the due date change. These will be renewed through the end of the following school year. (Due dates for renewals are updated each April.) Items may be renewed up to 2 times. If you need to renew an item and it's not letting you, email [email protected] for help.Renew

  6.  Follow these steps for EACH student.

Log in anytime using your student's ID number in order to see what items you currently have checked-out of the APEX curriculum library!
 

This website database is only used for showing what items you have checked out and for renewing books. It does not allow you to order or reserve books. To order curriculum follow our online ordering system here.

*Curriculum renewals are only available to returning families whose students are enrolled for the following school year. The system will not allow you to renew items if they are overdue or you owe library fines.
