Schedule Change Requests

Schedule change requests will be open 
starting Monday August 6th at 8:00 am. - September 17th at 5:00 pm


Schedule Change requests will be accepted on a first come/first served basis beginning August 6th.  Check the class grids on our website prior to requesting a class to be sure its open and in your student's grade range.


Schedule change requests will not be granted for classes listed as full or out of grade range.

Please note - classes may close based on schedule change requests received before yours and that may not yet be reflected on the grid. If that is the case, you will be contacted for an alternate class choice.



Please check your student's CURRENT schedule. To do so, please consult your confirmation email sent when schedules were finalized. If you are a returning family,  you may also log into your student's IC account to view your schedule.  Your IC login will be the same as it was last year.


Then, to be sure the class you want is open.....  Check the GRIDS!


** IMPORTANT NOTE ** You may submit requests to change no more than 3 classes for a student. Additional requests submitted will not be processed if they go over the 3 class max. If you wish to change more than 3 classes, you must submit a new schedule and will lose your current schedule. Please contact Kim Lancaster at if you have questions. 
Printed student schedules will be available on Orientation Day and are not available prior to that time. Information about Orientation Day will be coming soon. Orientation Day will be held during the week of August 20-24.
