About the APEX Curriculum Library:
The APEX Curriculum Library is a lending library for families who are currently enrolled in the APEX Homeschool Program. We have a variety of books, curriculum, and other materials for families to borrow and use in their homeschooling. Our offerings include most subject areas for grades K-8, including math, language arts, science, history, social studies, and art, as well as language arts, math and foreign language for high school. APEX families are not required to use items from our library. You are free to choose whatever resources you like for use in your own home. This library is generously provided by the St. Vrain Valley School District in order to help our homeschool families obtain high quality homeschool curriculum at little or no cost. - Library Hours: The Curriculum Library is open every school day afternoon 1:30–3:00. No appointment is needed to stop in and browse or place an order.
- If you’d like to consult with our Curriculum Coordinator, Holli Adams, she is in the library Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons. Come in during library hours or set up an appointment outside of these times if needed. [email protected]
- Curriculum Orders: There are two ways to request curriculum from our library: stop in during library hours and fill out an order form in person OR you can use our convenient online order form! You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.
- Curriculum Pick Up: If you’ve received an email saying your order is ready to be picked up, stop by the front desk between 9:00-3:00 on any school day. After 3:00 it gets very busy at the front desk, so we appreciate your understanding in coming a little early before dismissal. Please remember we only accept cash or check for consumables (no credit cards).
FREE Curriculum Consumables!!
All students enrolled in APEX’s Kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade are eligible for 1 FREE consumable item per school year from our Curriculum Library! When you place a curriculum order, we will automatically take the most expensive consumable off of your total. Free Consumables must be ordered before October 1st.
Students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch also get discounted consumables through the Curriculum Library. (You must have a new educational benefit waiver on file each year.)
- Students who qualify for REDUCED lunches will receive 50% off 1 consumable per subject per student each year.
- Students who qualify for FREE lunches are eligible for 1 free consumable per subject per student each year.
