APEX Curriculum Library

The APEX Curriculum Library is a lending library for families who are currently enrolled in the APEX Homeschool Program.  We have a variety of books, curriculum, and other materials for families to borrow and use in their homeschool setting. Our offerings include most subject areas including math, language arts, science, history, social studies, and art for grades K-8, as well as math and foreign language for high school.  APEX families are not required to use items from our library. You are free to choose whatever resources you like for use in your own home. This library is generously provided by St.Vrain Valley School District in order to help our homeschool families obtain high quality homeschool curricula at little or no cost. See our catalog of what we have available here

BookShark

BookShark - Multi-Subject (History with Literature and Language Arts)

A great education starts with great books! BookShark is a literature-based multi-subject curriculum. Bring history to life through engaging stories and rich literature! Our Reading with History Packages combine historical fiction, biographies, and non-fiction to create an immersive, literature-based learning experience. With a structured yet flexible schedule, open-and-go Instructor’s Guides, and thought-provoking discussions, your child will develop a deep understanding of history while strengthening reading comprehension.

BookShark kits contain anywhere from 30-45 books plus complete teacher guides.  Families may only check out one literature kit at a time. They are not grade-specific and meant to be shared with children who are close in age. You can check-out just the tub of books, or add the History & Literature Instructor's Guide,  or the Language Arts Instructor's Guide, or both!  If you check out a Language Arts guide, you are required to purchase the $18 activity sheets.
