How to Place a Curriculum Order (in person or online)
In Person:
Stop into the Curriculum Library to browse, ask questions, place an order, and take home your items the very same day! Check current Library hours on the Curriculum Library home page. Contact Holli if you need to make an appointment outside of regular library hours: [email protected]
Step 1: See the APEX Curriculum Catalog (posted above) to view all the curricula we have available. The curriculum descriptions include information about each curriculum, what grade levels it is appropriate for, and links to curriculum websites to give you more information as you make your choices. Please use this document as a reference as you choose your materials. It is intended for use online, but can be printed as well.
Step 2: Fill out the Online Order Form. Each student needs a separate form filled out. Use this form anytime throughout the school year to request materials from the library.
Step 3: Consult the Consumable Price List above and write down what you expect the charges to be, for your own reference. Don't forget -- each K,1,2 student gets one free consumable each year! (Freebies must be ordered before Oct. 1 of each school year)
Pick Up: You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up with information about the total due for consumables and information about when to pick up your items! (Most orders are ready within 1-2 days!)
Each student may only have one curriculum for each subject checked out at a time. Please return all items from any one subject at the time you pick up new levels in the same subject.
Consumables are paid for at the time of pickup by cash or check only. We do not take credit or debit cards. Checks can be made out to SVVSD.
