Course Description

This class is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of music: rhythm, beat, tempo, notation, melody, harmony, form, and history. We learn by singing, playing, dancing, and playing games. In addition, students will learn how to play a variety of pitched and un-pitched percussion instruments.
