Description: Photography is part skill, part art, and part passion. Students will learn the basic principles of photography, how to make artistic choices, the secrets of good photo composition, and how to process pictures using photo software. Students will also study the history and the careers of photography. Students must provide their own digital camera (preferred), however, camera phones are permitted with a minimum 12 megapixel lens. There will be art show opportunities for the students during the year.
