Candace Whitehouse

Candace brings a strong background in school leadership, having previously served in leadership roles at charter schools and within homeschool enrichment programs. She is a passionate supporter of school choice and values the importance of alternative education options that meet the diverse needs of families. A Colorado native, Candace grew up in Boulder and is a proud fourth-generation graduate of Boulder High School. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado, graduating summa cum laude. Outside of her professional work, Candace enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and two daughters. As a family, they love attending local theater productions throughout the year. In the summer, they enjoy boating and water sports, and in the winter, they take full advantage of Colorado’s outdoors by skiing and sledding together.
