Concurrent Enrollment (CE)
Procedure and Deadlines for Concurrent Enrollment Classes
Fall 2026 Concurrent Enrollment Information
Step #1: Please complete the following CHECKLIST EACH SEMESTER.
Step #2: Sign-up for a time to meet with your School Counselor, Michael Sardinia – Your counselor can share information about the Concurrent Enrollment Program that allows students who have exhausted high school course options to concurrently enroll in postsecondary courses. Your counselor will examine your ICAP to approve moving forward with postsecondary courses or other challenging courses that align with your plan.
STEP #3: Complete the Concurrent Enrollment Course Form to sign-up for a class.
**You must meet with your High School Counselor before completing this form to ensure course(s) chosen align with your Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP). If this has not been done, stop now and have that meeting. Note that you can start this form at any time, you just may not be able to complete it. You can save your progress for completion later. Once this form is completed you have conditional approval, but will need to wait for an email confirmation of full approval. Please register for the class, so that you have a spot, and you can always drop if the request is denied. You will need the course name and number as well as your college id#.
Please share this document that outlines information to consider while taking a college-level course with your parents or guardian.
