Sign-up for Kleen-Up for Khai
Our APEX NHS chapter is hosting a special event called “Kleen-Up for Khai” in memory of an APEX student, Khai Hammond, who passed away earlier this school year. Khai was passionate about environmental issues and keeping community spaces clean. The event will take place on Saturday, March 28th from 2:00-4:00pm at the Broomfield Trail and Canal- we will meet in the parking lot of Prospect Ridge Academy and go from there. There is a sign up and liability waiver (see below) that needs to be completed prior to the event. Please scan the QR code to sign up- you will need to create a new account and then sign up as a new volunteer. Please uncheck the box that says “I need a background check” and click on “I am a new volunteer”- background checks are not required for this one-time event. Please also print out and complete a liability waiver for each participant- there are adult and minor waivers- and bring these with you to the event. Trash bags will be provided but please bring your own gloves to wear during trash pick up. Come out and join us to support this cause!
