K-8 Parent Teacher Conferences

K-8 Parent Teacher Conferences
October 13-17 at APEX from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Please sign up for your APEX day only.

***The school day ends early the week of parent-teacher conferences.

Pickup Times

K - 2nd grade - 2:05 p.m

3rd-12th grade - 2:15 p.m.

K2 - Monday-Friday 2:30-4:00 pm - Parents will be able to meet with their primary teacher. Sign up for your APEX day only.
Gr 3-8 - Monday-Friday 2:30-4:00 pm - Parents will be able to select appointments with up to 4 teachers per student so you will need to select the ones you most wish to meet with (we just don’t have enough time for all parents to meet with all teachers). If your student has the same teacher more than once, please only select ONE appointment time. If you have multiple students in your family that have the same teacher, please only select ONE appointment with that teacher. Sign up for your APEX day only.
