Bio:

I earned my B.S. in Art Education from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, concentrating in my favorite subjects: drawing, painting and art history. After an amazing three years of teaching art to grades K-8 in Glendale, AZ, I decided it was time to earn an M.A. in Art Education from Arizona State University. For the last few years, I have worked in a variety of educational environments, including museums, after school art programs and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. I have been teaching with APEX since 2013. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, camping, hiking, reading, cooking, paddleboarding and making art.
