Welcome to Mrs. Riley's Classes

Kathy Riley is originally from Florida but has lived in Colorado for 30 years. She is graduating with her BA in Art Education and Studio Art/Painting after homeschooling her three children for 17 years. She also had a part-time mural business and taught art lessons in her home to students while her kids attended a one-day-a-week program in JeffCo. Kathy's first art love is painting, but thoroughly enjoys other mediums: bookmaking, fiber arts, sculpture, metalwork, collage, sewing, and gardening. She likes to repurpose old, worn, and tossed items with her husband in Erie. They also enjoy road trips, camping, biking, Cuban coffee, Cuban music, and too many desserts and chocolate.
